The Chatty Penguin is a relatively small website run mainly by myself, Nepoleon III. I've been running this website since around August 2008 and it has grown a lot! I play Club Penguin almost everyday and I usually go on Fjord. Se you around!

My blog was created by me, Nepoleon III, and without written agreement by me, you are not allowed to copy ANYTHING from my site. I take the pictures myself and it is not super-easy; Accasionally when I post on the other blogs I work on I will use the same pictures or posts, so if you see a post by me on another site, don't use those either. If for some reason you need to use my pictures, for example, you don't have a program like 'Grab' and can't take them, if you email me at nepoleon3rd@aol.com with the subject "Pictures for Me?", I might just let you use them, but you still must give me credit for anything you got from me.
