Wanna find Rockhopper? Don’t we all! Well, here’s the Nepoleon guide to finding the famous, Rockhopper!
Rockhopper LOVES crowded servers. He likes Fjord a lot, too. I’ve just been sitting around somethings and he’ll pop in on me 
The Main Tips:
- Go on full or almost full servers
- Check trackers, even if it says something like, “Rockhopper was at Fjord at 2:00 am, yesterday” he might still be there
- Get a search party with your friends
- Check often
- Follow crowds of penguins
- If a room or server is (unusually) full, check it. Get into it; Rockhopper could be there!

another tip is if you see penguins all on top of each other in a pile then rock hopper is there. ive met him
